Politics fans will be able to watch the BBC’s Daily Politics show daily at midnight on BBC Parliament from 7 January 2008.
Each edition of the BBC Two daytime series will be repeated in full on the dedciated politics channel offering viewers a second chance to enjoy the team’s light hearted look at events in Westminster.
Peter Knowles, Controller of BBC Parliament, said: “It’s a great programme and I think its wit and insight will be as welcome at midnight as they’ve always been in the middle of the day.”
The channel has also started showing Prime Minister’s Questions on BBC Parliament at 7.30pm on Wednesdays.
Knowles said: “We’re using the schedule to give viewers the chance to catch up with the best of the week in politics outside office hours.”
