New Who Comes to South London

It�s 9.30 am on July 30th 2004 and I�m on my way to see my GP. Arriving at the surgery I discover it�s become a Chinese Take Away and there, in front of the shop, is a large white sheet covering a large blue box. The new series of Doctor Who has come to town.
