US DVD Release

According to a report on Scifi Wire “The BBC is choosing to release the DVD set in advance of any plans to license Doctor Who for broadcast in the United States.”
Retailing at $99.98 the set will be released on February 14th 2006 – the same day as the previously announced Canadian release.

Last Chance to See Children in Need Special

The official series site has announced that the Children in Need clip will cease to be available from 9.30pm tonight.
After this time fans will no longer be able to view the clip which was produced for the regular BBC fundraising evening.
