The Class (Entre Les Murs)

A busy week was punctuated by 2 hours of relative calm as I settled down in the Fox screening and enjoyed The Class in which François Bégaudeau spends a school year challenging and daring his class of racially mixed students in a tough Parisian neighbourhood.

Console G.I. Joe movie tie-in announced

Cinema fans will be able to relive the action of Paramount’s G.I. Joe – set to be one of the year’s biggest film events when it’s released this summer. Electronic Arts says the game which will feature an exclusive storyline that picks up where the live-action movie leaves off, allowing players to re-create and re-live the greatest moments from the film, cartoon series and action figure toy line.

Hustle to return in 2010

The do-gooding conmen of Hustle will return for a sixth series in 2010, the BBC has confirmed. The series stars Adrian Lester as Mickey “Bricks” Stone, s Robert Vaughn, as veteran grifter Albert Stroller, and Robert Glenister, as fixer extraordinaire Ash “Three Socks” Morgan.
