All these rumours seem a bit like a fan dream. (a bit Dimensions in Time-y, perhaps?) All, the same I think they could work. Probably will happen, too. (well we know Rose will happen)

It's the big finale! And the title of episode 12 is being kept secret as it gives away too much. But the threat is on a truly epic scale, as an ancient enemy is resurrected and the whole universe is thrown into danger
Who are the Children of Time? What is the secret of the Vault? And surely, this time, not everyone can get out alive. . .?
The Children of Time sounds interesting. Possibly linked to the Time Lords? I hope it is something to do with them, considering re-introducing the Master last series opened possibilities of other surviving Time Lords appearing.
There are definatly more Time Lords out there! Ones who may have become human like the Doctor or the Master did! Don't forget the Matrix!!
Besides, I still think the Monk is still out there, trapped on that infernal ice planet, waiting in the deep cold. The thought of revenge keeping him warm. . .

Ive seen pictures and videos from +++++++ showing these things so please dont accuse me of lying as it may not be true but there were pictures and photos on +++++++. Looks cool. Also photos of the doctor, donna and Rose on a beach and David, Catherine, Billie and John having a little chat.
According to DWM it is three letters long and begins with D. If you go on Newsrounds website their reporter has an few interviews with RTD and one he says there is more Dalek fun and horror to come this series.
And on a news section a trailer was shown at the press launch which included familiar faces
