Harry Potter fans will for the first time be ale to buy images from all five movies thanks to new movie picture website movieprints.co.uk.
These pictures, known as �Unit Photography�, have never previously been available to buy. Now, as a result of a deal between Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Comprints Ltd, a company specialising in Print on Demand (PoD) services, Harry Potter fans will be able to choose from over 300 pictures on-line and order them as prints and canvases in a variety of sizes.
Each image is available in six different sizes of photographic print (in gloss, satin finishes and on art paper) and six different sizes of canvas. It will also be possible to buy postcards. Each product is made to order and dispatched directly to the purchaser, typically within 2-3 days. All the Harry Potter characters, from the well known to the more obscure, are available in over 45,000 unique product combinations. Sizes range from 8×6 inch prints to canvases of 1.25m.
Horace McDonald of Comprints said the company were “incredibly excited about the launch of this website as we are offering the chance to buy from a pictorial history of all the Harry Potter films.”
“We are able to offer the fans far more images than they have ever had in the past. In addition, whilst these great pictures will appeal to all Harry Potter fans, they will be particularly popular with adult fans, for whom there tend to be fewer Harry Potter products available, and film collectors.”
