Huesler The first thing that I noticed is that this series is very fast-paced; impossible for a person new to the exercises to keep up with, but that's why we buy the DVD, now isn't it?... to back up and do it again. Repetition makes it easier whether actually doing the exercises or just figuring out what she just said. But the exercises themselves are helpful, and the advantage of doing them at home is that I can adapt them as needed (back surgery & all) and still benefit from most of the exercises. Recommended for someone who needs motivation to exercise.

This DVD is terrific for working out daily for any segment of 10 mins (up to 5). It helps heat up and work your abs/core without overdoing it or straining your back or neck. If you do this daily- even just one set- you will see results after about 2 weeks or so of this depending on your level of fitness. However, the key to fitness is continuing to do it- there is no magic DVD or device. This will help tone and strengthen your core. It did mine and I continue to do it daily.

BRILL for BUSY mums.. August 22, 2010 Anonymous (SOUTH WALES) I read in a magazine that Samia Smith from Coronation Street used this too flatten her tummy after having her first baby and i must say, i was impressed with the results on her tummy, so decided to buy this myself.
I had my first baby in April and bought this also to tighten my tummy and as the sessions are all 10minutes long, its perfect for any busy mum who feel they dont have enough time in the day. Plus its only £3.99 which is a total BARGIN.
I started using this DVD on Monday and could feel all of my tummy burning the next day, which I'm absolutely landed about.
I usually do 100 situps a day and never get the burning sensation, so it must be doing the job. I also found that when i do the pilates section, it really does work your thighs too.
I will continue doing two of the sessions daily and will leave more feedback in the near future. =)
