UK mobile users will soon be able to get their hands on Nokia’s budget-friendly Lumia 710 courtesy of Three.
The handset runs the Mango version of Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system and includes social network apps as standard, ensuring updates and messages appear on one screen via the People Hub.
The Lumia 710 has a 3.7” anti-glare screen and a five megapixel camera with LED flash and HD video recording. A 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor speeds up browsing and multitasking while the 8GB memory stores approximately 4,000 photos and 2,000 songs.
The Windows Phone Marketplace offers over 50,000 apps, including Angry Birds, WhatsApp and Spotify.
The Lumia 710 also includes Nokia Music, which allows people to access their favourite artists and latest releases straight out of the box.
Sylvia Chind, head of handsets at Three said, “The Nokia Lumia 710 will be our most affordable Windows Phone handset yet and is a great choice for first-time smartphone users.
“The intelligent features and speedy hardware will be even more enjoyable on Three’s network where, thanks to our all you can eat data offerings, concerns about out of bundle data charges are a thing of the past.”
