Classic radio Sci-Fi comes to CD next month with the launch of a new Classic Radio Sci-Fi series from BBC Audiobooks.

The Day of the Triffids
Giles Cooper’s classic six-part adaptation from 1968, based on John Wyndham�s famous novel. Starring Gary Watson and Barbara Shelley, it features other notable cast members Peter Sallis, Peter Pratt, Christopher Bidmead, Marjorie Westbury (Steve from the Paul Temple series) and David Brierley.
This title also includes 10 minutes of deleted scenes which were originally removed prior to the serial�s sale overseas.

A six-part science fiction thriller from 1977, based on a story by classic Doctor Who writer and script editor Robert Holmes. The Quatermass Memoirs
