The Green Death on BBC Four
According to several television listings the 1970’s Doctor Who story ‘The Green Death’ is to be shown on BBC Four in April.
The show stars Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor and sees UNIT investigating mysterious deaths and the presence of giant maggots both of which are connected to large chemical factory.
The six-part adventures will be shown over 3 nights; Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th April starting at 7.10pm.
The screening forms part of a 1973 season airing to coincide with a welcome repeat of the Kudos series ‘Life on Mars’.
UKTV Gold 2005 Series Weekend
UKTV Gold is to repeat the entire Christopher Eccleston series over the weekend of the 8th and 9th of April.
The airings start at 11am and finish at 5pm Saturday and 6pm on Sunday.
