October 11, 2006 - Staff@seenituk

Doctor Who’s popularity with children was further highlighted today with the publication of the official Top Toys for Christmas predictions.

The list is compiled by the the Toy Retailers Association (TRA).

Making the list of the top 12 toys is the Character Options produced Cyberman Mask

According to Gary Sadler, chairman of the TRA, “The toy industry turns the latest trends into up-to-the-minute concepts to provide todays kids with innovative and creative toys.

We are currently seeing a resurgence in licensed toys, which combine fun and playability with the familiarity of popular characters.”

In a separate list of the top 12 ‘boys toys’ the Cyberman Mask is joined by the Tardis Playset (click here for the unitnews review) whilst the Remote Control K9 makes the list of ‘Hip n Kool Top 12 Toys for Christmas’.
