London Film Festival Seeks 25 Filmmakers

September 3, 2007 - Staff@seenituk

The Times BFI London Film Festival is looking for 25 talented and experienced filmmakers who are seeking to develop their feature film career to take part in Think-Shoot-Distribute.

Now in its fourth year, Think-Shoot-Distribute brings together 25 elite, emerging filmmakers with international leading film professionals, including those with films showing in the Festival, in a unique, five-day talent development programme, held during the Festival, to explore the creative, business and technical aspects of the international feature film industry – from development to exhibition.

Participants will also attend Power to the Pixel: the Digital Distribution Forum for Independents, a one-day event on 26 October, that connects the UK film industry with key innovators of the digital revolution from around the world.

Think-Shoot-Distribute takes place at The Hospital, the state-of-the-art members’ club in London. Participants also receive Associate Delegate status to The Times BFI London Film Festival and membership of The Hospital for the duration of the programme. Cost for successful delegates: 90.

Think-Shoot-Distribute is supported by Skillset and Film London.

More information including guidelines and application forms can be obtained from the BfI website.
