Doctor Who clocked up further awards success when it was named ‘best-loved drama’ at the TV Quick and TV Choice Awards last night.
Stars David Tennant and Billie Piper won the best actor and actress awards.
BBC Entertainment news quotes Tennant as saying “It was very hard to step into something that had been such a success already.”
“It was very daunting and because of that, this means a lot.”
