BBC bosses have revealed that Jodie Whittaker’s first episode of Doctor Who is titled The Woman Who Fell to Earth and will debut on Sunday 7 October. The series will then continue weekly each Sunday, the first time the show has regularly aired in a Sunday slot.

The BBC is partnering with Escape Hunt to bring Doctor Who-themed live escape rooms “to several locations across the nation”. Launching this December, the rooms will be available in the Bristol Escape Hunt venue, with further rooms opening in Birmingham, Leeds, Oxford and Reading from early 2019.
