    BT Vision, the on-demand tv service from BT, has struck a new content agreement with NBC Universal International Television Distribution which will see shows such as Heroes and Bionic Woman join the platform.

    If you’re not already familiar with BT’s TV offering it’s an on demand service which uses broadband to deliver content to a set top box which also includes a Freeview recorder (PVR). To use the service you need to have BT broadband capable of at least 2MB speeds.

    BT has reached an agreement to air high definition films from the NBC Universal archive on BT Vision’s new Hi-Def on demand movie service. The new service is delivered through existing V-boxes with films costing from £2.95.
