    Programmes from Welsh language broadcaster S4C are now available via on demand TV service YouView. Today’s addition of a S4C on demand player means viewers across the UK can the broadcaster’s programmes on demand for up to 35 days following their original broadcast.

    Broadband and TV company TalkTalk has added Sony’s UK TV channel to it’s YouView-based TV service. Sony Entertainment Television offers popular classic hits including Life on Mars, Hustle and Spooks plus a mix of recent and classic movies including the Kevin Spacey film 21 and The Thomas Crown Affair.

    Smart TV platform YouView has announced a new iPad edition of its remote record app. As well as support for the iPad’s larger screen, the app introduces Channel logos which will now be seen on the TV Guide, Now & Next and the programme information screen.
