Based on the hit film of the same name, The Bodyguard features a multitude of Whitney Houston’s greatest hits including ‘I Will Always Love You’.
The multi award-winning Knight is joining the show’s cast next in the role of Oscar-nominated superstar Rachel Marron from 9 September 2013.
Her arrival is set to keep audiences flocking to one of the West End’s hottest shows.
Ms Knight will be joined by former Casualty star Tristan Gemmill as Frank Farmer, the former Secret Service agent hired to protect Marron from an unknown stalker.
The pair take over from Heather Headley and Lloyd Owen.
