Eminem’s Guts Over Fear provides the soundtrack for this latest The Equalizer trailer.
The film, due for UK release on September 26th, sees Denzel Washington taking up the role of Robert McCall.
In this version of the 80’s TV spy thriller, McCall is a man who believes he’s put his mysterious past behind him and has dedicated himself to beginning a new, quiet life.
But when he meets Teri (Chloë Grace Moretz), a young girl under the control of ultra-violent Russian gangsters, he can’t stand idly by – he has to help her.
Armed with hidden skills that allow him to serve vengeance against anyone who would brutalize the helpless, McCall comes out of his self-imposed retirement and finds his desire for justice reawakened.
The Equalizer co-stars Melissa Leo, Bill Pullman and Martin Csoka.
