Broadcaster UKTV has added seven day catch up services for its popular free-to-air Yesterday and Really channels to internet connected TV platform YouView.
Viewers can now access content they’ve missed via both branded on demand portals and through YouView’s seven-day scroll back EPG.
Programmes available include Rescue: Code One, Ghost Adventures, Raiders of the Lost Past, Find My Past and Black Ops.
The launch followed the addition of an on demand portal for UKTV’s entertainment channel Dave last year.
Dan Fahy, UKTV’s Head of Commercial Development, commented, “UKTV is committed to making its bold and innovative programmes and channel brands available to as many viewers as possible.
“The launch of seven day catch up services for Yesterday and Really on YouView is another important milestone for us in ensuring viewers have ‘anytime, anywhere’ access to our content.”
David Dorans, CFO, YouView said “We are delighted to welcome even more UKTV content to our line-up of on demand TV content. Easily finding and enjoying the best TV available is at the heart of everything we do at YouView.
“Adding on demand TV programmes from popular channels Really and Yesterday makes YouView even more compelling for UK consumers.”
