Drama joins UKTV’s video on demand service

March 31, 2015 - Staff@seenituk

Drama-on-UKTV-Play-900UKTV is adding shows from its popular free-to-air channel Drama channel to its video on demand service, UKTV Play.

The service, which is available on iOS, Android, PC and YouView, already offers shows from the broadcaster’s Dave, Yesterday and Really channels.

The addition of Drama means viewers will be able to watch much-loved series such as Rumpole of the Bailey, The Forsyte Saga, Death Comes to Pemberley and Birds of a Feather whenever they want.

Dan Fahy, UKTV’s Director, Commercial and Business Development, said, “UKTV Play is proving popular with viewers and we want to give them even more access to UKTV’s great programming, when and where they want.

“The addition of Drama’s well known and loved programming reinforces UKTV Play’s position as a must-have on demand service for our audience, especially as we continue to launch UKTV Play on to more platforms.”
