Jeremy Clarkson’s The Grand Tour returns to Amazon Prime Video in January

November 27, 2018 - Staff@seenituk

The third series of Jeremy Clarkson’s The Grand Tour will debut on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 18th January

To mark the official confirmation of the show’s airdate, Amazon has released this new trailer showing Richard Hammond struggling to keep his Jeep on a tiny bridge over a steep canyon in Colombia.

Also revealed are Clarkson, Hammond and James May taking on epic challenges in Detroit and Nevada, Jeremy and Abbie attempting an unusual snowy challenge in Sweden, and James May playing the bag pipes in Scotland.

For series 3, the trio have filmed around the world, causing more chaos than ever before as they travel through tricky terrains in Colombia, Mongolia, China, Detroit and…Stansted Airport, whilst their giant studio tent remains back home in ‘Jeremy’s garden’ in the Cotswolds.

With a few explosions along the way, the sneak peek of The Grand Tour’s new series promises fans more of what they love as the three friends journey through stunning scenery, test the world’s most incredible cars and answer the questions that literally no one is asking.

The Grand Tour returns to Prime Video on 18th January 2019. Series 1 and 2 are available to stream only on Prime Video now.

Also new for series 3 is The Grand Tour Game, an episodic racing game from Amazon Game Studios, based on The Grand Tour. The Grand Tour Game puts players behind the wheel with Clarkson, Hammond, and May.

So one moment fans are watching the hosts attempt some questionable automotive antics, and the next they’re at the wheel themselves – same car, same location, same chance to make a massive mess of it.

The Grand Tour Game includes four-player splitscreen mode, so players can race against each other—and hurl their best insults—in person.

New episodes of The Grand Tour Game will be added weekly during Series 3 of the show, capturing cars, locations, and surprises from each week’s show.
