Sandler plays plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel “Danny” Maccabee who – to pick up attractive woman – pretends to be unhappily married man.
When he meets Palmer (Decker), a much younger schoolteacher, he think he’s met the woman of his dreams.
But, when Palmer discovers his fake wedding ring, Danny is forced to enlist loyal assistant Katherine (Aniston) to play the part of his fake wife. When more lies backfire, Katherine’s kids become involved and everyone heads off for a weekend in Hawaii that will change all their lives.
