Virgin Media adds Sky1 HD to HiDef offering

Virgin Media has added Sky1 HD to its range of High Definition channels
Sky1 HD joined Virgin Media’s line-up of High Definition channels this weekend with the cable provider promising further additions to its offerings “before year end”.

The flagship Sky channel is currently airing An Idiot Abroad, featuring the escapades of Karl Pilkington as he gets dispatched on a world tour of the Seven Wonders by the mischievous Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.

Other channel highlights include Hugh Laurie’s US medial drama House, forensic crime series Bones with David Boreanaz and Stargate Universe.
