Amazon adds adjustable warm light to Kindle Oasis ereader

June 20, 2019 - Staff@seenituk

Amazon has announced an updated version of its flagship Kindle Oasis ereader which now features an adjustable warm light so users can set the colour tone to suit their preference.

The new model retains the 7-inch, 300ppi, E-ink screen, dedicated page turn buttons and waterproofing of its predecessor and ships in three variants starting from £229.99.

“We’re adding an adjustable warm light so customers can read with a warmer tone that’s customisable to their preference to easily transition from daytime to night-time reading,” said Eric Saarnio, Head of Amazon Devices EU.

“Kindle is designed to create a sanctuary reading experience, and the all-new Kindle Oasis exemplifies this – whether you’re reading poolside, on holiday or in the comfort of your bed.”

The new Kindle Oasis is available today for pre-order from Amazon.co.uk* and will be in stock from 24th July.
