Assassin’s Creed gets new trailer and video feature

Ttwentieth Century Fox has released a new clip and behind the scenes feature from Assassin’s Creed, the big screen adventure inspired by the hit computer game.

Michael Fassbender plays Callum Lynch who, through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories is able to experience the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain.

Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organisation in the present day.

Assassin’s Creed also stars Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, Michael Kenneth Williams, Callum Turner and Brian Gleeson.

Directed by Justin Kurzel (Snowtown, Macbeth), the film also stars Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard and opens in cinemas on January 1st.
