Philip Glenister and Thekla Reuten star in BBC One’s compelling four-part conspiracy thriller Hidden, which starts this Thursday (6th October).
These series has been written and created by Northern Irish novelist and screenwriter Ronan Bennett (Public Enemies, Face) in collaboration with Walter Bernstein (The Magnificent Seven).
The story revolves around the efforts of small-time solicitor Harry Venn (Glenister), who is forced to delve into his murky past.
Asked by mysterious lawyer Gina Hawkes (Reuten) to find a missing alibi witness for her client Harry is unwittingly drawn into investigating the death of his brother 20 years ago and quickly finds himself caught up in a much bigger and more complex conspiracy.
Glenister and Reuten are joined by David Suchet and Anna Chancellor in what promises to be one of the year’s stand-out dramas.
