Fox’s Rosewood is coming to Alibi

Rosewood_01_DomMedical crime drama Rosewood is coming to UKTV’s Alibi, the UK home of Quantico and the Murdoch Mysteries.

The show stars Morris Chestnut (Nurse Jackie) as Dr Beaumont Rosewood Jr, Miami’s top private pathologist who with no-nonsense Detective Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz) to crack the city’s most challenging cases.

Joining Rosewood’s state-of-the-art laboratory are his loyal team, sister and ‘toxicology queen’ Pippy (Gabrielle Dennis, The Game), and her fiancée Tara, the DNA specialist (Anna Konkle, Man Seeking Woman).

Season one’s opening episode debut on Fox drew 9 million viewers and the show will make its UK debut on Tuesday 26 July, 9pm.
 
UKTV’s director of acquisitions, Catherine Mackin, commented: “We are thrilled to be extending our relationship with 20th Century Fox Television and Rosewood is one of their most highly-rated series this season.

“We are delighted that UKTV is bringing this fantastic series to the UK.”
