Grimm returns to Watch from January

November 25, 2014 - Staff@seenituk

grimm_s4
Watch has confirmed it’ll screen the fourth series of fantasy drama Grimm from late January.

Inspired by the classic Grimm Brothers’ Fairy Tales, the series stars David Giuntoli as Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt, who discovers he is descended from an elite line of criminal profilers known as Grimms.

He increasingly finds his responsibilities as a detective at odds with his new responsibilities as a Grimm.

Grimm also stars Bitsie Tulloch, Russell Hornsby, Silas Weir Mitchell, Bree Turner, Reggie Lee, Sasha Roiz and Claire Coffee.

Season three ended on an eventful wedding episode and tense cliff-hanger; Nick’s Grimm powers are stolen by Adalind (Claire Coffee), after tricking her way into his bed and casting one of her spells.

Season four picks up with Nick and his girlfriend Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch), struggling to come to terms with the loss of his Grimm abilities.

However things have never been more chaotic with the Wesens, the immortal creatures only seen and battled by the Grimms. In episode one a new group of Wesens show up in Portland, stealing the memories of their victims.

This season Nick must dig deep and decide what type of person he wants to be. Will he regain his powers, or will he now forever just be human?

Season four of Grimm returns to Watch on Wednesday 28th January at 10pm.
