Marvel and Netflix have released the first trailer from their upcoming Daredevil live action TV show.
The series follows the journey of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.
As previously reported, the show will premiere exclusively on Netflix from April 10th in all countries where the service operates.
Daredevil is the first in a run of series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – the world of the Iron Man and Thor films – and will lead up to a Defenders miniseries.
Other characters getting their own shows include Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage.
