Reef Entertainment has revealed details of its forthcoming Rambo video game which is based on the original three movies First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rambo III.

Currently in production for consoles and PC, Rambo will be a fixed-perspective, first-person shooter & action game which allows players to fill the combat boots of John Rambo on his violent journey through iconic action sequences from the three films.

Players will get to indulge in authentic Rambo gameplay, including shoot-outs, stealth killings, demolition and knife-play while the game will feature destructible terrain and cover-based shooting.

Reef Entertainment Commercial Director Craig Lewis said: “For Rambo The Video Game we are concentrating on authenticity to the films, variety of action and explosive gameplay sequences.

“By matching classic fixed-perspective play to a contemporary game engine we believe we can deliver a game that matches the pace and action set-piece diversity of the films.”
