Trailer: Maxine Peake in Keeping Rosy

June 24, 2014 - Staff@seenituk

Maxine Peake.psdKeeping Rosy is a tense psychological thriller starring Maxine Peake (Silk) and Blake Harrison (The Inbetweeners) which is heading to Picturehouse cinemas later this month.

The film will receive its national release on June 27th and venues in London, before opening at further Picturehouse outlets across the country from July 15th.

Peake plays Charlotte, a career-obsessed workaholic whose world suddenly takes a bitter downwards turn, disintegrating further with the introduction of violent, psychopathic security guard Roger (Harrison).

As Charlottes life becomes ever darker and twisted, viewers follow her journey into self-discover and atonement amid heart racing moments as she fights for a future that is Rosy…

The film marks the directorial debut of award-winning advertisement director Steve Reeves, who has helmed over 400 commercials, including a popular Agent Provocateur ad starring Kyle Minogue.
