Vodafone gives all new and upgrading customers 30 day cancellation rights

April 11, 2016 - Staff@seenituk

vodafone_store_750Vodafone has announced that all new and upgrading mobile customers will have 30 days to try their service and, if they wish, to leave without having to pay expensive termination fees.

The firm says its new 30 Day Network Guarantee “goes far beyond a customer’s statutory rights” and lets users have the confidence they’ve “made the right choice” before being locked into their contract.

Jeroen Hoencamp, CEO, Vodafone UK said “This industry first guarantee, for all new and upgrading mobile customers, truly puts the needs of our customers at the heart of our business.

“We’ve invested heavily in our network and services over the past few years so we’re now giving our customers the freedom to really test the strength and speed of our network across the UK and, if they’re not totally happy, they can come back to us within 30 days and we’ll cancel their agreement – no questions asked.”
