Harry Saltzman’s movie version of The Ipcress File is being screened at the Museum of London Docklands cinema club next month.
Adapted from Len Deighton’s spy novel of the same name, the film stars Sir Michael Caine as spy Harry Palmer.
Palmer finds himself caught up in a sinister brainwashing plot in Cold War London.
The 1965 film won the BAFTA for Best British Film also earned Ken Adam the award for ‘Best British Art Direction, Colour’
