The latest version of Apple’s iPhone will be unveiled at a special event next month, according to US tech site AllThingsD.
Recent leaks and speculation suggest Apple could launch both a low-cost, plastic iPhone 5C aimed at attracting buyers put off by the iPhone’s traditional high cost, and a new top of the range iPhone 5S.
The company has already previewed the latest version of its mobile phone and iPad operating system, iOS, which includes a new, lighter and more modern look.
According to AllThingsD, “there is no indication” Apple will also use the September 10th event to launch its rumoured Apple TV upgrade or smart watch.
