The BBC’s popular on demand and catch-up app, BBC Player, has launched in Malaysia after the broadcaster’s commercial arm struck a deal with Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s IPTV service, HyppTV.
Available exclusively to HyppTV subscribers, the service will allow viewers to watch a range of shows from BBC Worldwide’s global brands, BBC First, BBC Brit, BBC Earth, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies, as well as BBC World News.
Viewers will also have exclusive access to the latest series of Top Gear, SS-GB, Doctor Who, Planet Earth II, The Great British Bake Off and The Graham Norton Show.
