BT has appointed Red Bee Media to provide subtitling and audio description services for its new BT Sport channels.
Under a deal announced on Thursday, Red Bee will also provide additional broadcast services including rich metadata and sports award-winning 3D sports analysis software, Piero.
The companies previously worked together to design the BT Sport logo and already provides playout, channel and media management services to the broadcaster.
Broadcast from the Olympic Park in East London, the channels offer 38 Barclays Premier League games, exclusive Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) coverage and 800 hours of live tennis, including the TEB BNP Paribas WTA Championships.
