CBS reveals new Star Trek TV series logo and first look trailer

Star Trek fans have finally been given their first look at the the all-new CBS Star Trek TV service which is set to debut in the US and worldwide next year.

The series is being overseen by Alex Kurtzman, Heather Kadin and Bryan Fuller, as well as Gene Roddenberry’s son Rod and Roddenberry Entertainment COO Trevor Roth.

According to the first look trailer the series will feature new crews, new villains, new heroes and new worlds.

It’s already been confirmed that show will launch with a special preview broadcast on the CBS Television Network in early 2017 with all subsequent first-run episodes available exclusively in the United States on CBS All Access, the Network’s digital subscription video on demand and live streaming service.

International broadcast deals are expected to be announced in the coming months.
