Disappointing audience figures have led to Channel 5 pushing Dallas back to the 11pm slot.
The second series, which started last month, has seen audiences plummet below the 1m level, a significant drop from the 3m who tune in last year.
From this week the revived US soap will air 2 hours later, a move likely to see viewing figures fall further.
The show has failed to retain its audience on both sides of the Atlantic, a problem possibly caused by the death of Larry Hagman who died part-way through production last November.
