Four John le Carre titles arrive on the virtual shelves of ebook retailers this week including an enhanced version of the author’s Our Kind of Traitor which includes never before seen video and audio content.
The bonus content includes an audio recording of le Carre talking about a meeting with a Russian gangster which inspired the book, video of him reading from the book and a specially written letter by the author as a foreword.
The enhanced edition will be priced at £7.49 by publisher Penguin, just one pound more than the standard ebook version.
Also being published that day are two of the author’s George Smiley novels The Secret Pilgrim and A Murder of Quality and The Russia House.
All four titles are available from May 26th.
