To launch the Aspire S5 as the first in a series of storytelling campaigns, Acer wanted to show how this top end Ultrabook can inspire consumers to explore their more creative sides.
So they got Kiefer Sutherland to help them. You think you know Kiefer, well think again.
For Sutherland, the S5 allows him to develop an unexpected side of his personality. In his story, he reveals a secret passion for moist, fluffy cupcakes.
In the campaign film we see Kiefer as we’ve never seen him before, baking cupcakes as you’ve never seen cupcakes baked before, with flamethrowers, industrial whisks and crucially, a lot of dynamite.
The Aspire S5 Ultrabook is an amazing 11mm thin, 1.2kg light and is packed full of amazing features like Instant Connect, allowing users to get online in just 2.5 seconds and its unique motorised Magic Flip panel, keeping unsightly ports hidden until you need them.
