Network DVD, best known for releasing classic TV titles such as Crossroads and Robin of Sherwood, has announced a new British Film collection.
Titles scheduled for release include The Man Who Haunted Himself in which Roger Moore plays a businessman who finds himself in strange circumstances after a car accident, and The House in Nightmare Park, a Comedy horror with Frankie Howerd in the main role.
The company says the releases will feature new transfers, with each title presented in its correct cinema aspect ratio and new slim-line space-saving packaging.
In addition, many will be available via iTunes and at the company’s in house Networkonair platform.
Network Managing Director Tim Beddows said: “There is a distinct lack of appreciation and knowledge for many of the nation’s cinematic treasures and we are now going to pro-actively address this as part of a five-year plan to put classic UK cinema back into the public’s consciousness.”
