Underemployed, MTV’s latest comedy series, joins five young aspiring graduates as they take their first steps in post-college world.
Filled with youthful optimism the world appears to be their oyster and is unachievable. But what if things don’t go exactly according to plan?
Fast forward a year and the group are struggling to swallow the bitter pill of post-graduate reality as the ambitious twenty-somethings look to make a name for themselves in the ruthless rat race.
With their talents struggling to be recognised, these bright young things start to realise that they’re going to have to stick together at a time when ‘faking it till your making it’ has never been more true.
How long can Daphne (Sarah Habel) continue as an unpaid and unnoticed intern at an advertising agency? Have college sweet hearts Lou (Jared Kusnitz) and Raviva (Inbar Lavi) bitten off more than they can chew?
And will wannabe novelist, Sophia (Michelle Ang), find the strength to hold on to her dreams of becoming a writer, when the going gets tough serving donuts?
Underemployed premieres Wednesday 13 February at 9pm, only on MTV.
