Series two and three of Friday Night Dinner, Channel 4’s award-winning family sitcom, are getting a home entertainment release next month.

The show sees twenty-something brothers Adam (Simon Bird) and Jonny (Tom Rosenthal) go back to Mum (Tamsin Grieg) and Dad’s (Paul Ritter) house for Friday each week for an evening of domestic squabbling, food-related pranking and lashings of ‘crimble crumble’.

Their domestic bliss is routinely interrupted by their peculiar and dog-obsessed neighbour, Jim (Mark Heap).

Series two will be released on July 7th as both a standalone volume and bundled with the first series.

In addition, series 3 – currently airing on Channel 4 – will be available to download to own from 28 July.
