Resident Evil 3 now available for iPhone, iPad and Mac

The iPhone and iPad editions have been reworked for touch control.

Capcom’s Resident Evil 3 is now available on the Apple App Store where it joins fellow franchise entries Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 7 biohazard, and Resident Evil Village.

The game is playable on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 plus all iPad and Macs powered by the M1 chip or later, and the iPhone and iPad versions feature fully customisable touch controls for easy on-the-go play.

Resident Evil 3 follows S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine in her desperate journey to escape the viral outbreak spreading through Raccoon City.

The game delivers a unique strain of survival horror based on the fear of being pursued by a relentless force, the Bio Organic Weapon known as Nemesis.

Like other Resident Evil games available for Apple devices, players can try a portion of the game via a free download before continuing the story by paying for the full game.

To celebrate its launch, the game is on sale for a limited time and Capcom is also offering up to 75% off Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 7 biohazard, and Resident Evil Village.
