Back last year we told you about Extended Rest, a new independent British film starring former former Porridge and Dempsey & Makepeace star Tony Osoba and can now bring you a 20 minute short version.
Osoba plays Terry Kincaid, a former snooker champion who is haunted by the passing of his wife.
He seeks refuge in his local club, but when a new member joins and starts taking liberties Terry decides the only way to settle this is on the baize.
The film’s producers say a screenplay for the feature length version is currently doing the rounds with studios, in the meantime they’ve released this short version.
Joining Osoba are Shirin Taylor [Coronation Street], Ian Cullen [Z Cars], Frank Williams [Dad’s Army], Ben Peyton [The Bill], Tara Ward [Doctor Who], Ray Lonnen [Harry’s Game], Bernard Holley [A Voice to Die For] and snooker legend Neal Foulds.
