Sky confirms The Blacklist UK airdate

The Blacklist, one of the most anticipated US dramas of the year. will debut in the UK on October 4th, courtesy of Sky Living HD.

The series stars James Spader as ex-government agent Raymond “Red” Reddington, now one of the FBI’s Most Wanted fugitives.

Having evaded capture for years, he suddenly arrives back in the US and surrenders to the FBI with an explosive offer to help capture a long-thought-dead terrorist on the strict condition that he works only with Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone).

Zamani is only the first of many on a list that Red has compiled over the years: a “blacklist” of politicians, mobsters, spies and international terrorists.

He will help catch them all with the caveat that Liz continues to work as his partner…
 


The series also stars Diego Klattenhoff (“Homeland”), Harry Lennix (“Man of Steel”), Ryan Eggold (“90210”) and Ilfenesh Hadera (“Da Brick”).


The Blacklist airs on 4 October at 9pm on Sky Living HD. Sky customers with connected boxes will be able to see the show first On Demand from 27 September.
