
Sky Business, the broadcaster and telecoms firm’s B2B arm, has announced a new cloud voice product which it says enables teams to work from anywhere.
Powered by Webex by Cisco, the introduction of Sky Business Cloud Voice comes ahead of the planned switch-off of Openreach’s Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) in January 2027.
Sky pitches its new offering as a “solution that ensures greater flexibility and mobility, underpinned by its expert team and round-the-clock customer support.”
It adds that Sky Business Cloud Voice “is particularly well-suited for businesses in retail, hospitality, real estate, franchise operations, healthcare, and growth tech, which require a flexible and cost-effective way to manage communication across multiple locations.”
