now_tv_on_xbox_oneSky’s NOW TV service is now available on Microsoft’s Xbox One games and entertainment console.

The low-cost, contract-free service offers access to popular Sky channels including Sky Movies, Sky One, Sky Atlantic and day-access to Sky Sports.

Gidon Katz, Director of NOW TV, said: “Launching on Xbox One means NOW TV is now available on both the latest next generation consoles, as well as over 50 other devices.

“That’s great news for our customers who now have even more choice and flexibility when it comes to choosing how they want to watch NOW TV.”

Pawan Bhardwaj, UK Xbox Live Product Manager, said: “We’re pleased that NOW TV has joined the ever growing list of entertainment apps and services on Xbox One.

“Sky is an important partner for Xbox and with the launch of NOW TV on Xbox One, our fans have even more ways to enjoy their favourite TV shows live sport and movies.”

Earlier this month Sky added the service to Sony’s Playstation 4, it’s available for apps for tablets and smartphones and via the dedicated NOW TV set top box.
