Sony’s PlayStation Now streaming service to launch this Summer

PlayStation_FourSony says owners of its PS4 and PS3 and Vita consoles will be able to stream games directly to their device later this year.

The firm says its PlayStation Now game streaming service will come to US players in summer following a beta test which gets underway later this month.

Games – including The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls and God of War: Ascension – will be available to rent individually but gamers will also have the option of an all-you-can-eat subscription.

PlayStation Now will also be available on most 2014 models of Bravia smart TVs.

Games available on PS Now will include The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls and God of War: Ascension.

UK pricing and availability have yet to be confirmed.
