Terry Pratchett’s Truckers will receive its first ever DVD release on 7th October, courtesy of FremantleMedia International.
The first of Pratchett’s books to be adapted for TV, the 13 part series was animated by legendary production house Cosgrove Hall for broadcast on ITV.
A cutdown version was previously available on VHS but the new DVD release features all 13 episodes which have been digitally remastered in their original format.
Joe McGann, the late Sir Michael Hordern and Brian Trueman head up the cast of voice talent with McGann taking the part of Masklin, Hordern playing The Abbot and Brian Trueman as Dorcas.
